All of our products are imported from Bali, where they are handcrafted. This means yours is one of a kind and may have small differences from the version you see online. However, if you are experiencing issues with the quality of the product, please get in contact with our friendly team.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your item. Generally, orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping times range from 3-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We offer a 14 day returns policy, where if you are not satisfied with your products you can return them to us.
