Refund policy

At Divine Imports, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Every item is carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped.

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is damaged during transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging

Once we have reviewed the damage, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you are welcome to do so provided it is returned in its original, unused condition and original packaging.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
  • Please contact us for our return address.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@divineimports.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@divineimports.co.uk.
